AMERICANS: Do you watch soccer every 4 years just for world cup or do you regularly support soccer/futbol club?

I’m American and I support Manchester United and AC Milan

Also, when did you start watching soccer/futbol?
Bakuryu:
No one cares about handegg which is bunch of 300lb men grabbing each other’s nuts and licking off each other’s anus. Then take 15 minute break over 5 second play. How exciting is that?
Damnyankeega:

Actually, EPL is the most physical and competitive league in the world. Serie A comes second.

I support ManUtd and AC Milan for two reasons.
1. I watch EPL, La Liga and Serie A and I follow 1 club from each league. Atletico Madrid(Not a huge fan) would be one for La Liga.
2. For Manchester United, I started supporting them since Eric Cantona played for united and it was my first club. For AC Milan, my family introduced me to them so I started following them.

Btw, Im not a bandwagon since I don’t support any club that I don’t feel affiliated with.

Fact is 2/3rd Americans do not even know what Soccer is about. Frankly I am not making this up – it was shown on ESPN about the nature of this sport in US. This is in spite of MLS and US world news about soccer.

I am an American and I watch almost every week a game or two. I played Football as a young kid and I still play other sports. My family is Sports fanatics and played as a kid and now watch it all the time. I watch other sports as well.

Oh man – I do not like Man U. Any other team is fine by me. I am a fan of Spanish League and Italian league. Any good team is fine by me – but not Man Univ. I want them to lose every time they play – just I want England to lose every time they play.
